Many companies are planning to replace traditional ink on paper with electronic signatures. But not all electronic signatures are created equal:\u00a0<\/p>

In Germany, we know the ‘simple’, the ‘advanced’ and the ‘qualified’ signature. Furthermore, authorities such as the FDA impose additional requirements in 21 CFR Part 11 that regulated pharmaceutical and medical device companies must comply with.<\/p>
