Thescon is seeking committed associate consultants that look to grow in responsibility and want to learn about various companies and their processes.

What we expect

  • University degree with scientific orientation in either mathematics or science (biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering, information technology, food chemistry, etc.) or relevant professional experience in the fields of quality management or IT.
  • Fluent German in contractual manner, excellent English, both spoken and written
  • Curiosity and a willingness to be a lifelong learner in assimilating new information and taking on new responsibilities
  • Readiness to work independently and open to communicate with directors, colleagues and customers
  • Assumption of responsibility in order to fulfill company, project and personal goals
  • Strong affinity for IT and the consulting industry
  • Willingness to accept a position with 80% travel times both domestically and internationally. As such, you do not need to move for this position.

Your responsibilities as Associate Consultant

  • By supporting your colleagues, you will learn your responsibilities and grow into your role more quickly. This is learning by doing.
  • You will be involved in the identification of risks and in the implementation of mandatory measures for compliance with product quality and security.
  • You will develop detailed knowledge in compliance topics such as quality management and quality assurance, computerized system validation (CSV), GxP and aspects of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
  • You will study project management and incorporate those strategies in your support of the project.
