What we expect

  • Relevant experience as (partial) project manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Experience in the implementation of complex validation projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant GxP regulations and guidelines
  • Fluent German in contractual manner, excellent English, both spoken and written
  • Keen analytical mind with capacity for abstraction; persuasiveness; creativity
  • High degree of social competence and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility and mobility

Your responsibilities as senior consultant

  • You take responsibility for the management of projects dealing with IT compliance, validation, implementation or software selection, e.g. as project manager with responsibility for both budget and employees
  • During audits you ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to our customers
  • You design and implement with a team of consultants a process-oriented quality management within customer’s project
  • You develop pragmatic strategies and solution for all questions within a validation project
  • You support the Thescon internal social and professional development of our Associate-/Professional Consultants and establish new topics for professional development seminars and learning modules
  • You provide your expertise to our sales colleagues in pre-sales activities
